Tri Nation Triathlon Ironman School

We are here to help you train towards your Ironman or 70.3 event and provide you with the knowledge and support to produce your best performance. Ironman is a huge challenge which places enormous demands on the body, mind, family, social life and career. We believe triathlon is a team sport which is why we have brought together a great network of professionals. Tri Nation Ironman Triathlon School will provide you with the tools you need to not only have a personal best race, but to enjoy a balanced and ultimately successful campaign.

About the Ironman School

The Tri Nation Ironman Triathlon School recognises the need for greater athlete education regarding topics including training principles, race day tactics and nutrition practices. During regular attendance at Ironman events, we noted the many hours of wasted training evident in disappointing results. In many cases, this is simply due to athletes lacking knowledge on how they can maximise training outcomes and develop tactics to support their best result on race day. Many experienced Ironman athletes have never had access to the information we are offering so we are not limiting our school to first time Ironman triathletes.
